This program is designed to define standards of infection prevention practices that are used in the workplace where procedures in the areas of aesthetics, cosmetic tattooing and dermal therapies are being provided.
It is designed to educate practitioners by providing evidence-based information and recommendations around infection control measures that can provide the safety of staff and of clients and consumers during the unique challenges posed by pandemics of respiratory viruses, including human influenza viruses and coronaviruses.
