NZ Board of Professional Skin Therapies Rebrand

When the NZ Board was formed back in 2019, it was our vision to identify, define and build a professional industry authority that represented skin therapy as an independent allied health provider and develop progressive career pathways. As an industry organisation, we are significantly different from other sectors within the beauty therapy landscape. The Board has always sought to distinguish professional skin therapy as a knowledgeable, ethical and evidence-informed discipline, whose practice sits at the intersection of advanced skin therapy, dermatological knowledge and cosmetic medicine.

To fill this industry void, we have established an efficient executive committee comprising of highly qualified therapists and medical professionals. Through decision making, engaging and advocating, we have worked hard to align with international aesthetic organisations, educators and the medical profession to ensure we are recognised as a professional allied health organisation.

As we have evolved, we have changed our physical identity as well. We have shed our old logo and adopted a new image, one that speaks our language.
