All complaints are treated in strict confidence. Our process and support services are provided by experienced trained professionals who offer unbiased, ethical support and information and endeavor to facilitate amicable remediation, prevention and education.

Each complaint is treated on a case-by-case and legal advice may be recommended.

The NZ Board of Professional Skin Therapies also works co-operatively with local health boards, local authorities, the Health and Disabilities Commission and DHBs to ensure therapists standards are developed and maintained.
